Why we use it
We use the information to create and manage your enquiry, share it with the selected connectivity partner, prevent duplicate enquiries, provide support and maintain an audit trail.
Security
Personal enquiry fields are encrypted at rest. Access to the staff dashboard is authenticated and administrative changes are recorded.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiry information only for legitimate operational, legal and commission-reconciliation purposes. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting hello@backyardconnect.co.za.
Partner sharing
When you consent, the submitted details are shared with Vodacom Business so it can contact you and confirm coverage, eligibility, pricing and next steps.
